He has served as senior policy adviser to the Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where he provided policy recommendations and analysis to the Assistant Secretary, Secretary, and other senior staff. His primary focus was on housing finance reform, with a particular eye toward issues of access and affordability.Lynn M. Ross, AICP, is the executive director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing at the Urban Land Institute. She is responsible for managing the strategic direction of the Center and for implementing a multifaceted program of work that furthers the development of mixed-income, mixed-use communities and a full spectrum of housing affordable to all.Molly Simpsonis program manager of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing.
