Depending on which services you choose to use, ShopSpell may also require additional information. You may also provide us with other information that you might submit. Privacy of Children Who Visit the Website

We recognize the importance of children's safety and privacy. The Website is not designed to attract children, and is not intended for use by any children under the age of 13. We do not request, or knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

ShopSpell is a marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of products. Some Sellers may be selling products from outside of the United States. For example, such information may be used for identification verification, transaction reviews, and fulfilling orders. ShopSpell does not provide Sellers with Buyers' payment or credit card information.
