Once again, Inspectors Box and Carl find themselves involved in a normal run-of-the-mill fugitive investigation that quickly turns into a case of multiple murders. Inspectors Box and Carl team up with Detective Barry of the Los Angeles Police Department homicide division in search of the killer or killers.
