Dharma P. Agrawal (M77-F87-LF12) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, India, in 1966, the M.E. (Honors) degree in electronics and communication engineering from the IIT Roorkee, India, in 1968, and the D.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from EPFL Lausanne, Switzerland, in 1975.
