Dr. Rice’s career includes service as a senior officer of one of the largest integrated healthcare system in Minnesota, where he gained extensive experience in integrated system development, managed care, and HMOs. As a consultant, he has served as an advisor to health systems, physician groups, boards of directors, and ministries of health in over 30 countries.
