Dr.-Ing. Carna Zivkovic received the M.Sc. degree from the University in Novi Sad, Serbia in 2010 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany in 2016. From 2010-2012 she worked at the Institute of Computer Technology of the Vienna University of Technology. In 2012 she joined the Chair Design of Cyber-Physical Systems at the University of Kaiserslautern where she completed her Ph.D degree with distinction. She is currently working as a postdoc at the University of Kaiserslautern in the field of system modelling, simulation and verification of cyber-physical systems and IoT networks. Dr.-Ing. Carna Zivkovic has been nominated for the Bertha Benz Prize in 2017 from the president of the University of Kaiserslautern.
