This book is meant to help other people undergo a transformation to a healthier state and a more meaningful life. To accomplish such a transformation and remain healthy, one must have insight into their internal (biology) and external (society) circumstances. With such an insight, we will clearly see that American culture fashions us, by creating both our internal and external circumstances, into people we do not wish to be -- obese and sick. We can choose to be healthier, happier and more productive, but our success will be determined through our relationships to two orders of operation, the Industrial Order and the Natural Order.
