The Greatest Gift [Paperback]

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where I lived with my four other siblings. Our parents Ana Luisa and Jacinto Velazquez taught us of the significance of knowing and of keeping Jesus present in our daily lives.I was eleven years old when I wrote The Greatest Gift, and my desire was to one day have it published and share with others.It wasn't until my own children moved to pursue their own personal journey that I gave into their strong encouragement of fulfilling my life long dream. It is my belief that this poem, although short, captures the enormous and grandest gesture of the love that our Heavenly Father has for all His children. Though years have passed, His words have stood the test of time. He is and always shall be everlasting and constant which demonstrates how He truly is The Greatest Gift.In memory of Jacinto Velazquez.
