Real Mothers: A Bible Study About Mothers For Mothers [Paperback]

Jealousy, adultery, out-of-wedlock pregnancy, murder - the list reads like contemporary tabloid headlines. Not especially topics you'd expect to find threaded throughout the Bible. Yet eight mothers from the Bible, spanning thousands of generations, survived not only these problems but others more typical of everyday life. Real Mothers introduces you to biblical counterparts who struggled with imperfect family relationships, yet maintained balance and peace by trusting God when life didn't always make sense. Real Mothers isn't just an academic exercise to read and fill in the blank. Each chapter is structured into five sections organized by the word time, a precious commodity for busy moms. You will learn practical, biblical parenting skills that will equip you to become a better mother.
