I Won't Cry If Tomorrow Comes [Paperback]

I Won t Cry if Tomorrow Comes is a book of power, grace, romance, and beauty. It depicts the life of Toni Morrison, fashion model extraordinaire, a young biracial woman who seemingly has it all beauty, security, international fame and fortune. To the world, she radiated a vitality as fierce and sultry as the desert winds. She was beloved by her mother and doted on by her father. But underneath her stunning exterior, she silently deals with her own personal demons. Toni wants only to be loved, but goes about it in a dubious fashion, which opens her up to falling prey to Jean Plushette, a Frenchman who briefly becomes her lover. That encounter changes Toni s life. Author CALVIN E. MARKRAY, a native of Southern California, developed a love for writing back in his early days of high school. His magic with the pen draws the readers into this deeply personal story of the painful struggles and rejection of a young woman. He expertly weaves a sense of genuine loss and sadness that percolates through the pages of this novel. This book will leave you panting for more.
