Aysha Akter (b. 1978) is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and currently holding the Departmental Head position of Water Resources Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Bangladesh. Prof. Aysha completed a BSc in Civil Engineering degree from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Bangladesh in 2000. Following this in 2003, she obtained an MEng degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) while she was also working for LGED.
