Radhika Ranjan Roy is an electronics engineer, US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), CommunicationsElectronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Space and Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD) Laboratories, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, since 2009.
