The 12th Origeniana conference took place at the Hebrew University ofJerusalem, Israel, in June 2017. The theme of the conference was<i>Origens Legacy in the Holy Land  A Tale of Three Cities: Jerusalem,Caesarea and Bethlehem</i>. The present volume contains a largeselection from the papers that were given at the conference. Many of thepapers discuss various aspects and new perspectives of Origens careerand legacy in the Holy Land in the broad sense.
