 Sherri Maretis a former English teacher/library media specialist. Her bookThe Cloud Artist: A Choctaw Tale, published by The RoadRunner Press, was a finalist for First Nation Communities Read Award, Oklahoma Book Award, and Writers' League of Texas Book Award. Thomas Hilleyis an illustrator living in Oklahoma. He earned a BFA in Graphic Design with an Illustration emphasis from Oklahoma State University. He has illustrated several children’s books as well as instructional and promotional materials. Thomas crafted a style that uses scratchboard and draws inspiration from old woodcut prints.
