Chapters on the evidence-base gave a good introduction to the concept - I'd have liked more on this aspect of the topic.A very helpful text in looking at research in the field of mental health social work.
Key areas of research clearly covered.Social work focused, i thought it may compliament but it did not.Not linked tot he courses we coverA very comprehensive book and just right for PQ Mental Health CoursesWell written and informative.I have found chapter 6 of this title particularly useful to guide the students around the use of framing, this is congruent with the teaching we consider with risk assessment, assessment and the models of framingI think that this is a very useful book but am uncertain where it could feature in our course. It may be useful for our AMHP course.Social work students are often poor at considering quantitative feedback. This book will be valuable as a manual for students wlS–
