Guanghui Wen?(Senior Member, IEEE) is Endowed Chair Professor at the School of Automation, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. Prof. Wen was the recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and Australian Research Council Discovery Early Career Researcher Award. His current research interests include?autonomous intelligent systems, complex networked systems, distributed control and optimization, resilient control, and distributed reinforcement learning.

Yuezu Lv (Senior member, IEEE)?is currently the Associate Professor at the State Key Laboratory of CNS/ATM,?Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. Dr. Lv served as a Program Committee Member for the 2019 International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Applications to Intelligent Manufacturing.
