The author, Mugdesem Tanrioven, was born on September 11, 1970 in Kayseri, Turkey. He received undergraduate, graduate and doctorate degrees from Y1ld1z Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering. He studied on his first post-doctoral research at The University of Liverpool, England. Afterwards, he returned to Turkey and started to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yildiz Technical University. He worked for the second time as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of South Alabama between 2003-2005. In addition to the research studies at the University of South Alabama, he taught at the University of South Alabama as a part-time Instructor in 2005. Then he returned to Yildiz Technical University at the end of 2005 and promoted to associate professor in 2016. Between 2011-2016 years, he also worked as a full-time professor at Y1ld1z Technical University. During the same period he worked as a professor, he also served as the head of the Electrical Engineering Department.
