Sarah Greenis the Law Commissioner for Commercial and Common Law at the Law Commission of England and Wales. Prior to that, she was Professor of Private Law at the University of Bristol, Professor of the Law of Obligations at the University of Oxford and a lecturer at the University of Birmingham. She has written two books about specific elements of tort law, and has also published on a variety of other topics including virtual currencies, blockchain issues surrounding intermediated securities, smart contracts, sale of goods law as applicable to digitised assets, and wage theft.
