One very minor criticism - it has not been revised to meet the changes in the Ofsted grading criteria so on p.29 grade 3 is referred to as 'satisfactory' when it now is actually 'requires improvement'This book supports the new teacher as they grapple with lesson plans, lesson ideas and to working effectively in the sector. It offers an insight into real lived teacher experiences, which allows emerging and experienced teachers to reflect on and review their own practice.What a super book.
