Dr. Kibler is a Christian Clinical Psychologist, who resides in Tampa, Florida. She is a widow, the mother of four children, three grandchildren and the great grandmother of two. She is a member of Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue in Tampa. Dr. Kibler is retired from teaching and from the State of Florida Department of Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
