Martin Lost And Found [Paperback]

When 52-year-old Martin moves into the five-story brick apartment building in trendy Los Feliz, his better self is long gone. He responds bitterly to the overly-pierced and oh-so-tattooed thirtynothings who seem to own the neighborhood. He also is still angry at Lisa, the wife he left behind in the relative maturity of their quiet Valley Village house. But soon enough: neighbor Brittany's bouncing energy proves contagious. Dude's demands become entertaining. Jason's wisdom is surprisingly deeper than the dark nail polish gracing his fingertips. And Myra is beyond eccentric. As for Susan - tranquil Susan - she is easily one of the best reasons to frequent Trader Joe's. Four humans and one cat are the welcome wagon that awaits the reluctant protagonist of Martin Lost and Found. Through their fluid approaches to life and through the easy love they extend to their new neighbor, they help him downsize his world and look forward to his future.
