In 2007, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the MIT Sloan Center for Digital Business. His research concerns the development of methodologies for the analysis and management of learning patterns within organizations and communities of practice. Currently, he's involved in the development of an interdisciplinary approach and competence development models in higher and management education (e-mail: marco.demaggio@ebms.unile.it).Pasquale Del Vecchio holds a Ph.D. from the Euro-Mediterranean Incubator in Business Innovation Leadership of Scuola Superiore ISUFI University of Salento (Italy) where he is currently a Researcher. In 2007, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at the MIT Sloan Center for Digital Business. His research is focused on Social Network Analysis applications to virtual communities enabled by the use of Web 2.0 tools, mainly in marketing.
