PATRICK RYAN FRANK is the recipient of fellowships from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, the Vermont Studio Center, the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts, the Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild, and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
