This book contains the keynote presentations, invited speeches, and general session papers presented at the 2nd International Symposium on Asia Urban GeoEngineering, which will be held from 24 November to 27 November 2017 in Changsha, China. Prof. Changyu Ou is the Chair Professor in Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.He serves as the Chair of the ATC6 of the International Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical EngCng, Dean of the college of engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, chief editor of Journal of GeoEngineering, (TGS). His research fields include soil behavior, constitutive model, soil improvement and deep excavation problems and he has published more than 200 journal and conference papers on these subjects.
