Dr. Malti Goel received her Ph.D (Physics) and D.I.I.T. (Solid State Physics) degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She did M.Sc (Physics) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in first rank receiving a Gold Medal. Her original research work has citations in handbooks, patents and international journals. Dr. Malti Goel has 26 years of distinguished service in the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India working in various hierarchal positions.
