Stromata: Prose Works [Paperback]

A compilation of short fiction by acclaimed Canadian author Cliff Burns.

These spare, surreal efforts are drawn from the past 25 years, a Best of... anthology that is an excellent introduction to a body of work that includes novels, collections, short films and ambient, atmospheric music.

For over two and a half decades Cliff Burns has been the bane of corporate publishing and hidebound editors, stubbornly forging his own independent path, in opposition to mediocrity and formula.

STROMATA might be his best book yet.

Burns' writing is sparse, minimalist, but his words are as sharp as knives.
