The purpose of this book is to systematize knowledge about the practical application and importance of innovative solutions in the economic and social fields.?

Judyta Kabus is an Assistant Professor at the Czstochowa University of Technology. She has doctorate degrees in Humanities and in Management and Quality Sciences. She is the President of the Association of Women of the Czstochowa Region.

She has authored and co-authored more than 100 scientific publications. She is the co-author of two books in the area of logistics and management and the editor of multi-author monographs. She is the technical editor of Scientific Journals of the Czstochowa University of Technology, and reviewer of scientific works in Polish and foreign journals. She is also the author of teaching materials for learning German and education for the development of research. Dr. Kabus is responsible for organizing national and international conferences and she is winner of the Rectors Awards of the Czstochowa University of Technology. She has been a long-term scientific collaborator with the Technical University of Ostrava and participant of the Erasmus+ student exchange program. She is a member of the Organisation and Management Scientific Society (TNOiK) and bilateral research projects. She also has been field-specific supervisor of student internships and member of several projects. She is the Local Project Coordinator of the Model location, implementation of the Czstochowa City project Engaging stakeholders for knowledge-based, sustainable and socially responsible management of urban housing.

Dr. Kabus is manager of the Excellent Science II project funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science and the coordinator of the research team at the Faculty of Management, Czstochowa University of Technology.
