This insightful book analyzes the development of cross-border and cross-sector partnerships in a number of European cities and regions. Dr Jan van der Meer is associate professor of urban and regional economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (School of Economics) and associate director of the European Institute for Comparative Urban Research (Euricur). Carolien Speller is a researcher in Urban and Regional Economics at Erasmus University and has been working for EURICUR since 2004.
