This Modern Martial Arts - Warrior Training book is simply a condensation of 45 years of open-minded mixed martial arts study. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for EXPERIENCE. This book is a collection of training methods, wisdom, philosophies, creeds, rules, and inspirational personal backgrounds, of many of the Worlds Best Fighters and Warrior types. I didnt create this information, or invent a new style, I just took the time and energy to seek out the knowledge, and now share it with you.
