More Vignettes Of Yvette At Vi A Love Story Of A Husband For His Wife [Paperback]

A short while ago, Authorhouse published my book, Vignettes of Yvette at Vi. This new book contains additional vignettes of my wife, Yvette, who is in a Memory Support unit at the Care Center that is attached to a large retirement home, called Vi at Palo Alto. These vignettes are meant to demonstrate that a new life can be created for dementia sufferers -- a life that is interesting and enjoyable, contains much beauty, and presents challenges that can make this new life meaningful. Carmen, Marcela, the nursing staff, and I have worked hard and long to achieve these goals for Yvette, and we have had some measure of success. Carmen and I especially have absolutely not accepted downhill all the way for the beautiful woman we love so dearly.
