Roderick M. Kramer is the William R. Kimball Professor of Organizational Behavoiur at the Stanford Business School, Stanford University. He has published a number of books on Organizational Behaviour and Psychology, includingTrust and Distrust in Organizations: Dilemmas and Approaches(Russell Sage Foundation, 2004), written with Karen S. Cook, andTrust in Organizations(Sage, 1996), co-edited with Tom R. Tyler.
