Representing Animals explores the complex and often surprising connections between our imagining of animals and our cultural environment. The contributorshistorians, literary critics, anthropologists, artists, art historians, and scholars of cultural studiesexamine the ways we talk, write, photograph, imagine, and otherwise represent animals.
