A megalomaniac politician continues relentlessly with his devious quest to take control of a new and potentially world destroying technology. This technology is being kept safe on an island - created as if by magic - using the powerful new technology itself to ensure that it is only used for beneficial means Rival powers desperately crave possession of the technology and attempt to intimidate the small island into submission by using military muscle.
