Professor Valery Ochkov works at the Thermal Power Plants department of the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute and at the Joint Institute for High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam (IAPWS). He is an author of online calculations pages on the IAPWS-site with properties water and steam.
