Subject Index.

The strength of Thinking and Reasoning is its comprehensiveness. It covers not only the most important topics, from categorisation and reasoning to decision making and problem solving, but also other major perspectives on thinking such as expertise and developmental issues. The book also examines more recent topics, such as teaching thinking and creativity, which are not to be found in older textbooks. In general this is an excellent text: readable, comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date. I would be surprised if this did not become the major undergraduate text in the area for several years to come. European Journal of Cognitive Psychology
