This is the extreme testimony of Barbara Tennell Rupp, an ordinary person, loved unconditionally by an Extraordinary God. Wearing pajamas and socks, Barbara, a Christian for more than 13 years, was on her way to the state mental hospital. It was in that dark, isolated place that God miraculously healed her from mental and emotional illness, and alcohol and drug abuse, which spanned more than 30 years. Physical, sexual and emotional abuse led to multiple marriages, three suicide attempts, and several stays in two psychiatric hospitals. She has survived a knife in her face, a gun at her head, a machine gun staring at her, attempted murder. and chronic illness. Barbara shares with you how she overcame shame, guilt and tremendous heartbreak.
